I have PRG.IM/BILL on my statement - what is this charge?

This charge is from us and could be due to a range of things. You could have paid an invoice, purchased items from our store, purchased tickets for an event or have a recurring payment set up with us.

That still doesn't clear things up for me, what can I do?

The best thing to do first is check your email for any invoices you may have been sent. If you didn't enter your card details on the website yourself, this may be due to a recurring subscription you may have set up. We can take a look at this for you - just email us at
